Hi, I was just wondering about the new 1.16.5 servers limit. Is it a temporary thing while the server is being started up for the first time, or is it going to be a regular part of that server. Since the server is new and everyone has been very excited for it and wants to play, I think that it would be difficult for some people to get on since its so new. 

Another side note, if I try to join a few times, eventually it says "Encrypting..." and I have to restart Minecraft because it became unresponsive. Has anyone else had this problem or is it just me?

Well, im not sure, ive been waiting a while to be able to join the server and have no clue whats going on. 

Maybe they are fixing an issue with joining?

They probably have it limited for now as it could lag alot with players generating new chunks

Hi so, yes the server is only limited for a short while to put less strain on the server so it it less laggy for the players, once more chunks have been loaded (by players exploring) they will be able to up the amount of players allowed on and they might also bring 1.12.2 dmu back or they will wait a little longer before bringing it back.

 They stopped it because of permissions but they might have fixed it idk, but they most likely doing tests, to make the play better for the players

Thanks, its just serveral times now ive tried to get on the server, but its always full. Hopefully the limit will be removed some time soon :D

 i dont exactly know if they can remove the limit but hopefully they can increase it. personally, i think they should cycle the people who are in the server occasionally so everyone gets a go 

I think so too, at least increasing it would be nice. I havent even had one chance to get on lol
