Hi there So I was banned basically for noting, So when i was at Spawn where the mobs spawn is So there is that guy who was trying to kill me and we 1v1 for some time and then the staff saw the 1v1 and he think that i was using hacks because the guy had nock back sword and he saw when i was getting hit it did not work. So what the staff did not see is that I had Full Netherite Armor And a shield So i was holding SHIFT and that is why i had no nock back also what was sus that after he killed me i got banned.

I don't know if I am posting this right or weather people will see this, but I was on the 1.16.5 server yesterday and I was banned for taking the controls from another persons tardis although I do admit to being in that tardis amongst other people I placed a flight lever because someone had previously taken it I also saw someone else take the coordinate changer but did not see their username. I was not the only one who was there either who took things but I know that does not my crime lesser, this is my first offence ever on both 1.12.2 and .1.16.5 but If I did grief in a way I really do apologise and did not mean to cause the owner of that tardis any distress but I really don't want to be permanently banned for this, this server and the people on this server are a part of my life, I am very very sorry for my crime and I guarantee you if I'm not banned forever I will never set foot in someone else's tardis without their knowing or permission again, I do not want this incident to  define me  I  can not express how sorry I am I hope you will understand it Thanks
