Why you were banned: Well I was Banned basically For nothing

What were you doing last on the server: Just at mob Spawner Trying to get wither head to can spawn the wither.

Why you think you should be pardoned early (Please keep this factual. We understand you are sorry that you got banned so please stick with the facts): We'll I was banned basically for noting, So what was going is I was just killing the wither skeletons and this guy just started fighting with me. after I put on my shield and we start did fighting. So I was killing him like 4-3times after the staff tp a and he saw that the guy I was 1v1 he had a nock back sword and it was not working but what did not the staff see is me and that guy we had are shield out so after I stop holding my shield and I told the guy stop like I don't want to 1v1 you and after he used his nock back sword  after he pussed me into the lava and i died after i got banned.

Also The server was leggy.
