Reason for report:
So, I was just trying to kill some Wither Skeletons at the Nether Mob farm and this player, In full diamond enchanted armor repeatedly kept killing me when ever I came to the spawners. I only have Iron gear at best, and no armor, so its not much of a fair fight. It's impossible to kill a Wither Skeleton when all I have is an Iron Sword and Im being hunted by some OP player with full enchanted Diamond Armor. Even when surrendering (crouching, backing away, putting away my sword and shaking my head), They continued to hunt me. I just want to get a TARDIS, like everyone else, (+ It's hard enough getting on the server in the first place) And its not fair when there's other players like this.

I don't think that's breaking the rules..
