I cant find anything on this online. I have my regeneration skin folders with skins in them properly, but for some reason when I open river's journal the change skin option is blacked out and I cant click it.
Any solution?

on DM 1.12 skin changing for regeneration is disabled due to an error in the code that causes it not to work. So there is no solution to this and unlikely to be until they add regeneration into DM 1.16 as 1.12 is no longer being updated.
