Why you think you should be pardoned early: As of writing this appeal it has been roughly three years since I was banned for using the Schematica mod to reconstruct an old interior without permission. I know my ban is permanent, but it has been three years and I guarantee that I will not make this same mistake a second time. I promise to display the qualities of a normal member of the community and not infringe on anyone else's matters. If my actions cause another person any discomfort, I will cease them immediately. Thank you for your time, and thank you for considering my appeal, have a wonderful rest of your day.

Hi there, before I decide the outcome of your appeal, I've a question.

Our logs show you playing on the server in 2021, are you sure you've got your timing right?

 Yes, whilst I was in fact banned from the Dalek Mod server three years ago, there was a brief period of time in January of 2021 in which I was allowed on the server. I am not sure why this happened, but I believe it was due to the banlist not being properly updated to the current Minecraft version at the time. During this brief interval I did not perform any actions that would have caused me to be banned within said time frame. I can tell that the ban preventing me from entering now is the ban from three years ago simply based on the reason and the one who issued it. I assume this is because the banlist has been updated to our current version.

In that case, and owing to the fact that I can't find the ban log, I'm gonna unban you. Welcome back.
