The custom rank I purchased on Thursday (Demonmaster) isn't working. It won't apply at all, and I believe it may be because I recently changed my Minecraft username a few months ago to MasterDtheGreat but my swdteam.com profile still says MasterDylanPlays. I have tried to change it but to no avail. Can anyone help?

Hello, I'm the one that needs to process the custom ranks, they are all created manually and usually take up to 48 hours. Although I've been away for the past few days so I haven't had a chance to do it yet. I will get it made for you tonight and send you a message once it's done.
