Suggestion: It's already in the title

What it would do: It would add a config option to disable the weathering/aging of all "normal" steel blocks (steel beam roundel, steel grate, etc)

How it benefits: Honestly, it would be a small QoL of life change for creative only players some survival players if they want to disable it

Why it should be added: I think this should be added because when building interiors with certain themes (victorian, rustic, etc), making a rusted section with rusted steel and stainless steel doesn't look right. The contrast between rusted steel and rusted steel when put in the same section of a build looks off an unnatural.

Suggestion was put together poorly :P
