Title says it all basically. Would any money spent on the new hiring feature go towards getting creative on the server? I'm asking because I want creative obviously, and I would like to know if I have to spend the money on a pure donation rather than hiring the team.

no, the money you use is for the building only, nothing more. if you would like creative you would need to donate

 I think you misunderstood the Hiring page. It's about hiring SWD to complete a project such as a render/skin for some some money and not related to the DMU servers in anyway.
