I have been banned from the beta server ever sense new years. It says:

You are banned from this server!

Reason: Banned by an operator.

May I please be un-banned 

When is Update 43 out in the USA

This is too vague for staff to do anything. Do you know which staff member banned you? What were you doing prior to this ban? Had you ever been banned before this one?

No I have never been banned on a server

I was playing with fireworks in the server because it was new years eve

I have no idea banned me or who was on the server

Do you know which staff members where on at the time?

So what you have to do is not be so Vague and think harder and think in the past have you re decorated a places then left that place or did you steal some blocks on your first days think about that If not then im sorry try to remember who banned you!

Somebody was placing lava all over all the buildings, the avatar was huntknotch, I think, and it burned through some buildings and I tried to repair it all. There where only 2 others on the server at the time and one was a beta and the other was a donater. I only remember huntknotch's name because he was causing so much chaos.

You know that spamming the thread makes you more unlikely to be pardoned right? Just saying....

 Dalek Mod Updates aren't released by region, it will be out in the US the same time it's out in the UK.

It would be great if you could address these questions and add them to your main post:

• Why you were banned
• Who banned you (Username of Staff member)
• When you were banned
• What you were doing prior to the ban
• Why you deserve to be unbanned
  • "May I please be unbanned" or "I should be unbanned because I promise not to do it again" isn't a good reason why you deserve a second chance.

Asking about Update 43 should be in a seperate post. You are asking to be unbanned yet confusing us by asking for the Update. Please post one issue at a time, at least that's how I think of it.

50's Life Lessons tip: Try not to ask for Update [X] of the Dalek Mod for a specific country, it suggests where you live and gives out your personal information. You can easily use a timezone converter site to change the time to your local time. Even so, the Team will announce it if they decide to.
