I've been having trouble with the TARDIS's police box exteriors. Whenever I change the exterior to one, it appears one block above the ground. The hitbox is still in the right place, but it gives the illusion of the TARDIS hovering. This only happens with the Police Boxes, and I've tested it without any other mods.

This is version 65.1.1 by the way.

Have you tried using a toaster?
