Hello! I'm sorry but I'm going to be denying your appeal. When you spawn in the rules appear twice. 
It is your own fault for not taking the time to read them. And then after not reading the rules you griefed 

quite a lot. Hopefully when you're unbanned in a months time you read and follow the rules.
