Why you were banned:                For supposedly using an xray

Ban duration:                          84 Days i think

What were you doing last on the server:                        Mining quart and trying to explain to wheeze that i was not using an xray

Why you think you should be pardoned early (Please keep this factual. We understand you are sorry that you got banned so please stick with the facts):                       I was not using an xray i was using a method of math to find diamonds.  I learned this from the video below

  I used the Clay Swamp method

now this was not done by the use of xray which i was banned for

and if using this method was not allowed or counts as a cheat or something i was unaware of it and i am deeply sorry.

I honestly had no idea that this was against the rules, as this is i believe a game mechanic or something and this is not a glitch in the game.

I fully understand that from a spectating admin this would look like i was using an xray but if it was an xray i would not have surfaced each time to go find the next bunch of clay to count from, because as you already know an xray allows you to see the ores underground so there would have been no point for me to go back above ground which further proves that i was not using xray and also i love playing on DMU with the communities and friends and such i would never risk something like an xray just to get some ores.

I will not use this method again if it is not allowed and in the future if there are methods i come across that might seem a bit overpowered like this one i will ask staff first about it because i would not want to be banned for something like this again.

If any further proof is needed on the subject of the xray that i wasnt using it that would help my case in anyway that i could provide like screenshot of files or something like that i would gladly help provide more proof of my innocence.

I know that i already made a Ban appeal a few days ago but i made this one which i think is a bit cleaner than the other one because straight after the ban i went and made the appeal and was in a state of panic in a sense because i was accused of something that i did not do or was not aware of and the past few days since i have not gotten a response on that thread from staff which i have no clue if it is good or bad or if you are just still discussing the matter but i made this to help ease my own state of mind on the matter. ( i still feel like im panicking a bit)

 Sorry that your previous appeal wasn't answered. I'm going to accept this appeal because, while it did look like Xray when the banning staff member was watching, they didn't check the surface and/or didn't know about the Clay Mining method (whatever its called). However, do be careful when mining as we may not be so lenient next time.
