Why you think you should be pardoned early (Please keep this factual. We understand you are sorry that you got banned so please stick with the facts):

        I think there's been a mistake with this and I'm not really sure where this is coming from? I haven't even gone mining for ores in days and have been almost exclusively villager trading and gather resources for my TARDIS interior(neither of which required any ores) for the last 2 days. I can understand being suspicious after my recent purchases but I'd be more than happy to show you my miles of tunnels and mazes in the nether when mining netherite, as for other resources such as diamonds I mainly get from trading players enchantment books and a couple stacks from trading elytras. I spent two straight days in the nether and another few hours mining in the overworld and I'm sure during that time there were more than a few staff members checking up on me and other players and they could see I was mining normally. I also tried the clay method(since staff gave a cautionary okay) but with less luck than TrinitySL so I gave up on that though it did help a little bit. I know SadManWithABox and Biscuit29 have both seen my nether mine and Biscuit had even found netherite right off my tunnel mere seconds after tp'ing which may help my case that I wasn't xraying or else I would have mined it already. Biscuit has also spent a lot of the last 2 days with me as I was gathering villagers and can attest that I haven't been mining. The only thing I can think that would be oddly sporadic is when I was gathering cobblestone under my house since I needed to make 15 stacks of stone brick slabs so I needed a lot of stone. I'm sure you've already checked my chests and have seen that I have maybe 30 diamonds and hardly anything else which with fortune 3 is a few veins so you can see I'm not rolling in riches. I've never even had an Xray mod installed and I know staff regularly checks peoples mods folders for cheats because Tank was doing it while I was online and you were catching people with freecam on day 1 so why would I even try? I feel that I have a good reputation and have been playing on DMU for a couple years with no trouble so I wouldn't do something to jeopardize that. Let me know if there's anything I can do to help clear this up. Thank you.

I know this isn't really useful, but I asked Joee3 about the clay method and he said it was allowed.

After reviewing a series of tunnels you dug out 2 days ago, We've come to the conclusion that you were indeed x-raying.
Some of the tunnels go straight down to ores and it with some it looks like you tried to cover your tracks. Hopefully when you return 
you read the rules. Appeal Denied
