Why you were banned: offering deadparrot's money to someone else and he got upset as well as ignoring staff on multiple occasions (this was the reason I was given by a staff member)

Ban duration: Forever

What were you doing last in the discord: replied to Mae 

Any previous bans: yes one discord ban before and also got a DMU ban back in like 2017 or smthing. 

Why you think you should be pardoned early (Please keep this factual. We understand you are sorry that you got banned so please stick with the facts):
I believe this was a situation of a miscommunication and I do take complete responsibility in this. So I would like to explain what happened from the start  - there was this guy who wanted to get the minecraft cape from going to minecon. Therefore he was asking for anyone in Florida so that he could give the money to that person so they could go to minecon and get this minecraft cape for them. At the time I recently had a conversation w/ deadparrot I think it was along the lines of him wanting to go to other countries therefore I knew he was in AMerica. Now since I knew Deadparrot was in America I was like to this person who was asking for someone in Florida I told them they should ask deadparrot. This was widely misinterpreted as clearly the person offering money isn't deadparrot it's the other guy offering money to someone else to go to minecon therefore no I didn't offer Deadparrot's money to someone else. 

Now I believe the responsibility for this mess is me as I've known deadparrot for I think a couple years so I should of known that he wouldn't take kindly to someone going up to him out of the blue asking him about this and I do understand that my help was unwarranted and just led to deadparrot being annoyed and upset. Also, I realise that if I had communicated better this situation would of not occurred.I believe the whole "ignoring staff" comes from me not replying or taking a while to reply. This was due to me revising for a test so I do apologise as it wasn't my intention.

Furthermore, I also understand that the main reason I was banned for this was due to it being a "last straw" of sort. I do apologise for my weird behaviour prior to these events. I was trying to be on my best behaviour but I do understand it was done in a  more "tongue and cheek" way so I will strive to just be myself. I have matured since then and I hope you can give me another chance.  I think the main takeway is that I will try to avoid creating situations like these in the future as it's a waste of mine and staff's time. I will also try to be more mindful of others as I should of known that Deadparrot probably doesn't like DMS from strangers especially when from his point of view it must of looked like a scam.  I have personally apologised to him for this mess of a situation i've caused.

(P.s. all of this is from the recollection of my memory I wasn't allowed to look at screenshots of what happened and it's been like a year)

Don't mean to be impatient however I haven't received a response and it's been like 2 weeks (also received a message from a discord mod telling me to join back although I'm still banned) . Not sure if you missed my appeal or whether my appeal is still being discussed. I hope I can receive a message as to whether it's being still discussed.
