 Why you were banned: Tardis hopping & Theft

What were you doing last on the server:

First Grinding wither skulls, then using traders In Fatally Adams Tardis, Killing a wither in the end then trying to get flame onto my bow and then trying to get xp from smelting.

  Why do you think you should be pardoned early (Please keep this factual. We understand you are sorry that you got banned so please stick with the facts) [Sorry this is long but didn't want to leave anything out, If I have broken a rule then you can delete this thread just want to see that I did break one] 

I think I should be pardoned bc I don't believe I've Tardis Hopped. I had access through Adams Tardis a few weeks ago when it was open outside his melon farm, I assumed from a DMU video you are allowed to go into someone's Tardis if they leave it unlocked as it's a game mechanic. I found a number of traders that took melons, pumpkins and potatoes for emeralds and set home there for access for the traders(I don't know if that counts as Tardis hopping if so then fair enough with that part of the ban). I had been doing this with pumkins in Adams Tardis to help get emeralds for flame and went from the villagers to the console. (For reference the main room has nether stars and wither skulls  around it idk how many a lot tho, though there was a gap on a starboard behind the console when I was in the console room) Adam tped into their Tardis as I went to go back to my base and said that he recorded me stealing a star and that I had been caught. I said I had been in there using his traders which I had and had pumpkins and emeralds on me. At my base, I went to go kill a wither at the end which can be checked in the chat log while this chat was happening. He said I had stolen it and I said I was trading he then moved on to me saying how did I get in either /home which I had or elytra which I do have also. Once we talked about that I said I would delete the home and even offered him the star from the wither I killed bc I didn't want this to happen basically. He said no and told me to delete the home, which I was going to do after my bow I went on to do but before doing so tped to Jay the gingers shop and looked around the area. I was then forced tped to the traders In Adams Tardis by Wheeze and went through what happened with him, he even asked about the star in my inventory and jay said I had just killed a wither as It had me in chat dying to it. Once this was done and I was sent back Adam told me to delete the home or he would ducking kill me if I step foot in the tardis/shop/town which is fair enough I didn't ask permission to be there. I deleted the home and set it at my base where I then tried to get xp for my bow bc of the warp glitch where it wipes it then managed toget xp and do the bow. I was going to go offline but thought I'd try making a 30 level enchant table. Tem came on the server after I relogged and I know Adam said he had dm them I'm assuming about this if not then ignore that. Oh I do have a mod to organize chests and I won't lie if I find an open chest I use the mod to organize it but I don't take anything as I know they can be checked to see who's interacted with them and that is just breaking the rules which is why I'm assuming the theft part possible for the ban? I would just like to know If I have been banned rightfully and if not unbanned I apologize for breaking the rules I've tried not to since getting 2 previous griefing bans in 12.2. I will say sorry for the trouble I've caused and Adam as they actually were helping me with Wither head advice the previous day and I'm sorry I have upset them.

Hello! Hope you're having a good day/evening 

After a thorough read and a better understanding of the situation I've decided to deny your appeal. This is due to 2 reasons, For one the Tardis hopping. Entering someone's Tardis and flying around for a bit is fine. Where we take issue is when you Set-home inside the Tardis without the owners permission (This is a form of Tardis Hopping). Reason #2 is the interact logs with the hoppers at the wither skeleton farm. There was reason to believe you stole from there due to the interact logs with the hoppers and the fact that you are apparently banned from using said farm. 

Hopefully when you're unbanned June 14th you're able to read the rules and after this have a better understanding of them.
