So I was on the DMU, chiling like every time at Gwant then at spawn then at warp dock the moment when joee3 ban me

Why you think you should be pardoned early (Please keep this factual. We understand you are sorry that you got banned so please stick with the facts):

So I was on the DMU, chiling like every time I saw someone on the tab with a suspicious mustache, head and hair cut so I decided to tpa to him and he was at spawn so it's a new member or he did /spawn but I never saw this name in DMU so i was thinking that he didn't got spawn point and maybe he was a new player so after check his skin and it was my expectation a skin from 1939-1945.

So I took some screenshots and asked my friend (I was in vc) if I should report to Reddash or joee3 (because we were talking about Redash and joee3 i forget why).

I took joee3 because I know that he responded (Redash has probably been busy and I decided not to).

After I reported to joee3 and that he check the man through my screen shoot he saw the skin but after i report he change his skin but i still got the proof of him with the skin. after he log in and we check the man he start going to warp dock and start stealing some stuff (it's still the man with the skin not joe).

But the DM's joee3 told me that I got easy placement on activate if you prefer, that is true I do got easy placement on but I only use it in survival world not in the DMU. (also that the bind to the key that is frequently used has the easy placement on so because of that I pressed some time by mistake. I am  going to change it) and on the screen that i send to joee3 you can see that it was activated (also if you want the screen as proof ask me in discord).

The only thing that i will do when i get unbanned i will change the bind and i will try to check every time if i got the easy placement on when I log in the DMU. But to be clear I wasn't using easy placement, it was just active due to my bind that was on a key that i frequently use. (also the gys befor i got ban i saw him steal stuff from the warp dock not the free stuff)

I'm willing to accept your appeal seeing as it has been a month since your ban and will give you the benefit of the doubt that it was an honest mistake. Please ensure you have easy place disabled before re-joining the server.
