Minecraft username: my mc name is Dalek_63

Why you were banned: i was banned for taking an item it has been so long i dont remember what i took

Ban duration: it was originally one month but was then extended to perma ban

What were you doing last on the server: i don't remember it has been over a year since i was banned

Why you think you should be pardoned early I believe I should be pardoned early as my action was minor as far as I can remember it was some cheap item that was easily craftable but I am really not sure correct me if i am wrong 

side note is this how I am supposed to post a ban appeal because this is what I got from the instructions

you haven't been unbanned. As for your reasoning, it doesn't matter how long its been, you should've read the rules. Also, because it is "easy to craft" doesn't mean you can take it.

I've been banned on dalek-mod and don't know what I've done to get banned. mc name is ha3593
