Hello, I can't seem to find the file name for the give command or any other commands, I need it so I can disable any normal players from using it (especially since I gave some players the item) 

there should be a button in the config ingame where you can turn it off [i forgot which button it is though] this will effect other items like the trident

As far as i know and have seen the only way to get it is cheat mode JEI.

 Every item in Minecraft no matter what has to have a command to give yourself it. JEI does the /give command with cheat mode but I need to know the command so I can blacklist the items for anyone who ISN'T an admin

get the item and then use minecrafts built in feature to get the ID, F3 + something, should enable it, i think it's T or something, then you'll have the IDs of the Items
