this is a suggestion for a vortex manipulator it will have a block for the tardis you place the manipulator in it and it slowly charges it about one teleport a minute it is crafted with similer items to the tardis but it is  cheaper

yeah that works and maybe you can set waypoints by using a vortex manipulator sd card of some sort that can store up to 5 waypoints
