description: i fall onto my TARDIS and cant do anything movementwise

 Ok what you do is use your key and summon your tardis even one block away. and it will materalize there releasing you from it.

You could also try /suicide that will kill you and then you will be free. You wont lose your stuff inventory is saved.

Yeah just try the first one a few times next time you get stuck (It will happen again trust me) and if that fails then just do /suicide

When you format it you have to have the parts that are underlined in it
