I think you should do this because I downloaded the mod and got another one that requires the original Minecraft title screen to work.

The screen is cool and all, and I know that the Team probably wanted the startup screen of their mod to be the way it is (because after all, a start up screen is often an image of the mod mod or of  its team), but yeah, it can be impractical for certain mods that require a different startup screen and menus.

It should be in the Settings IMO. It should be "DM GUI: ON/OFF"

There is a  config option in your .minecraft folder. AppData\Roaming\.minecraft folder\config\Dalek Mod\dalek_mod_config.json. Just use notepad to open it and set the CustomTitleScreen option to "false".
