[Rule reinstatement] Do not be Involved in Staff Affairs

So it is known that we have users being involved in staff affairs such as ban appeals, causing confusion for other staff and users new to a particular issue.

On DMU, we have a rule about not being involved in staff affairs.
This is a rule I would like to apply for all Forum users instead of only server users:

Do not be involved in staff affairs unless you were at the scene and can offer helpful information/advice.

I'm sorry I have to make a whole thread for this, but we have alot of users which, while helpful can cause confusion.

I'm not pointing fingers at anyone but a prime example can be seen below:

In Ross0me's unbanning thread, another user has decided to help out directly after staff members have made a statement addressing the issue.

The user happened to be THE_BEST_DOCTOR who had intentions of helping, but his big rant unfortunately caused confusion and detracted the meaning of Acediajc's statement.

Dear Ron

You uh, realise your ban was only two days long...Right....?

After tomorrow your unbanned....? - Sub

Ok firstly I'm not the one banned, and Secondly he said that the ban note said nothing about a time limit according to Ross0me.

That is why it is best not to be involved in staff affairs. Unless you can offer some advice or information that may help, I recommend you stay out of this.

Making long rants confuses staff and users and I hope you will understand this and make improvements.

Thank you
