Feature Name: Parallel Earth ( Pete's World )

Lore/Brief Background (Or "As seen in" if not from Doctor Who canon): As seen in the Episodes: Rise of the Cybermen, The Age of steel and Doomsday

Description of Feature: the Parallel Earth where the Doctor went to by mistake by falling through a crack in the Time Vortex where they met the Cybermen and Peter Tyler. Later in the Episode Doomsday named "Pete's world" by the 10th Doctor - this would be a construction of London with Cybermen all over it.

What is the purpose of this: A Home for the Cybermen and another place where Players can Explore 

How do you suggest we implement it in game: Unknown 

i like it :P maybe to get to it you need to craft a new feature for the TARDIS

Maybe instead of the tardis going there, you have to craft one of those teleport disk things, seen in doomsday and briefly in the stolen earth/ journey's end. The disk could be crafted with zeiton 7 crystals and different metals and would have many uses, but it's health goes down each time it is used and must be recharged.

 Why not both cause if you remember in Rise of the Cybermen and Age of steel it is the Tardis that takes then Doctor and Rose and Micky to the Parallel Earth - but you would need that little thing that the Doctor uses to re-power the Tardis - To get back to the Overworld 

 Remember what the doctor says after he blows into the crystal? "I just used ten years of my life" so when regeneration is reintroduced we could have it that the last regeneration dies ten years earlier than it should have because of that.

He had a bit of a similar idea, though his thread was more focused on a way of getting to a parallel world rather than the parallel world itself

Ok so then on the whole this idea is different?

 It is a good Idea but - if you remember the Doctor uses it against the Cybermen outside Pete's Mansion then it goes into a recharge Cycle -

so for this we would need the Crystal in the mod as well - to allow the Tardis to get back to the real world - so in that case here is what I think of the Crystal

Description: this Crystal would be used to allow the Tardis to travel from the Parallel world back the the Real world using the Tardis

How does the player obtain it: it would be Crafted  

Why should this be implemented: Cause it would allow the Tardis to travel to Parallel versions of the Dimensions in the Dalek mod

The 2 Emeralds - one in top right corner and the other in the bottom left corner
