I know there is already autons in the dalek mod but I have a few more ideas.

Why not Villager, Unit Grunt, the Master, and the Doctor as Autons too? They did have a habit of replacing people or acting as decoys at times depending on their strategy.

Also, the Nestene possessed chair.

It'd be kind of a neat gag to use on friends or as traps, lol

there would need to be 2 chairs the not possessed and nestene possessed Chair so u cant tell the diffrence

Meh. I guess. 

Tbh, I was thinking it could used mainly on people who don't know about them or as something that can be cleverly placed by players as traps (Like with pressure plates) so that players a bit more in the know could still be caught by it.

Hm.... An April Fools Update. It'd be perfect for that!

Also, I was thinking the trap would also  work on any mobs that walk onto the chair
