Will The Delac Mod EVER Be Ported To Android And Ios?

 Hope so.

It is possible, but to be honest unlikely. I don't know the progress of the Pocket Edition version, if that is what you mean but there will probably be no direct port of the PC version to mobile devices.

 Well Minecraft PC can now play with Minecraft PE. And the PE Has got all redstone except pistons.
