Description of the problem: I was banned due to my nephew threatening to burn people's houses.
What I was doing prior to the ban: I wasn't home. My nephew was playing on the Private Server.
Why should I be unbanned: Because technically, I did nothing wrong. I wasn't home. I'm really sorry if my nephew caused any trouble.
He had access to your SWD Account. Even if you are telling the truth, then you could have your access to Beta removed.
So if you are telling the truth, you could loose Beta Access...
Technically you shared with NON-Beta users and that's enough to get banned... This is an excuse that shows up every time when somebody is banned... Lock your computer or search a way that your nephew can't get on your account so it won't happen on OTHER servers
You are responsible for the way your account is used.
The fact you know EXACTLY what he did makes it clear you may be lying.
I recommend you sit out this ban (unless its permanent) until its over and get your nephew their own account.
