Looking for Help with Texturing

So I have a few models I'm working on.

Once the modeling's done.... Texturing is next. Thing is, texturing isn't exactly my forte.

 

I took a shot, and I know what I did could be better, so I was wondering if I could have a bit of help with texturing a few things.

 

The Models

  1. The Rani's walls
  2. Melkur Tardis Exterior 

I have the start of texture maps. If anyone could help add a bit of detail, it'd be appreciated. I'll also credit you if I get around to making suggestions for the models

  

 

 

Melkur (This one wound up being a bit dark. Tbh, I just resized and cropped images to do this one)

 

Rani's Walls (I'm going to try working on this one a bit more first)

 

Cybershade (Mostly... I kind of wanted to make the legs and body look furry. I'm not sure how though)

 

 umm ... I think you should put some grey lines ( or any other color , grey , dark grey , ... just grey color)  like this > U ^ ´ >  <  ...
