one question im interested in becomeing an admin and helping people since im on all the time and people are asking for help all the time i think id be a good server admin 

1. Do not ask to be staff, Asking decreases your chances dramatically.

2. At the moment staff isn't looking for people.

3. You need to be chosen by staff, you don't make applications
