You are not the first. Have you looked at other bug reports with a similar issue?

so me and my friend savagecabbagemc were doing a rp when we tried enterion a diffrent planet it wouldent net us out so we got a new tardis and tried again it still dident work we kept trying again over and over please help

you then have to use your demat/remat thing again and then tap the doors again a few times and then if it's not working repeat until it works. It always works for me that way.

This is a very common issue I see on the public server. I assume you either tried to go or left:

the nether

mc classic

cave game 

all of those planets 'break' your TARDIS so don't use them there!

 i hope they fix this bug in the next update. it was fixed in the past but its popped in again to say "HELLO!" 

I can bareley go anywhere now cuz i will have to start a new world
