I once did a thread which involved a different method for with the same goal in mind; however, this thread is formed to be able to stand independent of that suggestion as a whole.

Maybe something like this,possibly different versions/sizes
Interior would basically be a portable house with a bedroom.console room,crafting room,furnace room,storage room etc.

Since the chameleon circuit is designed to allow the TARDIS to blend into its environment, and be hidden, perhaps some more basic/common minecraft items/structures.
For instance: An enderchest, an enchanting table, a crafting table, a furnace, a bookshelf (the one in the mod and perhaps several vanilla blocks put together), even tall grass. Also, maybe some other common house decorations, to allow the player to hide their TARDIS in their own homes. The only problem may be finding a way to get inside/where to put a door. Just some random ideas that popped into my head.
My idea would be a basic Villager house you'd see in Vanilla Minecraft, and still have the inside of the house, but to go into the tardis there would be a entrance.

You could right-click the block and get teleported inside the TARDIS.
