When I was playing in 1.7.10, there were dimensions like Gallifrey, but when I downloaded update 43, they were gone. Was that intended?

SWD simply hasn't transfered the things into 1.8

 Yeah they were gone since U42. They are slowly bringing the stuff back Just be patient.

I believe there is now a Gallifrey biome on Scaro and possibly the Moon. But I'm not sure if that's just on the public server.

Those arent Gallifrey Biomes xD those were made with world edit.
