Description of the problem: I want to be able to explain myself. But I can't because I'm banned and can't talk

What you were doing prior to the ban: Griefing

Why should you be unbanned: I think I should be unbanned because I've seen far worse than what I did and they only got a 24 hour ban. I know what I did was wrong. And I take back every minute of it. I wasn't myself... I love the server to death and it just hurts being banned forever. I'd like to talk to the admin Ace. And be unbanned

Yes I tried to. But he wasn't being reasonable and he was casting ban threats

Here is exactly how things went down.

->I logged in.
-->5 people all were freaking out " ADMIN IM GLAD YOU'RE HERE!"
--->I come to the JL recruitment building. There are penises, and other sexually inappropriate things drawn on chalk boards, dozens of blocks broken as in at least 50% of the building broken.
----> I check the block logs and its you. I say that out right in the chat. Ask you why
------> You start to instantly deny it and say it wasn't you swearing up and down it wasn't you. You begin to spout nonsense about how someone is framing you even though every single block log says it is you. 
-------> I jail you. I start to ask you if it was you multiple times. You deny it and even start to get rude and insult me, get indignant etc.
--------> I ask you multiple times (3) "This is your final chance if you confess and apologize the punishment will be much less severe, if you lie you will get a worse punishment. ALL three times you lie.
----------> I tell you "This is your FINAL chance to come clean and apologize to those who are fixing it or get permanently banned. You responded with basically Do it already! DO it.
------------> So I perm ban you.

As I announce it in the staff chat Mrgasmaskman tells me you were asking him who kept griefing you and drawing penises on your chalk board. Obviously now we know it was you looking for attention.

I gave you MULTIPLE chances to admit it and when I told you if you did not and that we already had facts against you that you would receive a permanent ban you got cocky wanted to push the bounds and insult staff.

Personally I will not be lifting your ban and I will once again for all to see list the charges below that you are being perm banned for (with the addition of the new charge)

Malicious griefing- You grief'd the building (more then 50% of the building) with direct intent to cause harm to those using it because they would not allow you to join their RP faction.
Lying to staff: There are at least 5 charges of this if not more and that does not include the case with Mrgasmaskman
Being rude to other players and staff: This one is self explanatory. Egging on a ban only to instantly play the victim in trying to get sympathy and get un-banned. 
Insulting Staff: "You are so nice.....NOT" One of your oh so intelligent direct quotes.
Lying to a Staff Member for Attention: Mrgasmaskman and the chalk boards.
Egging on a Staff member to ban you and then instantly changing your tone: There is really no other way to name this reason. You knew FULL WELL the penalty of lieing as I flat out told you it multiple times and instead of accepting the lifeline I was giving you, you turned around and spit in my face. Everyone on the server at the time agreed with the ban knowing full well that you deserved it.
Lastly begging on staff profiles for unban: I wasn't being unreasonable "But he wasn't being reasonable and he was casting ban threats" In fact I asked you to stop spamming on my profile and you did not. The profile is NOT the place to make ban appeals and beg for unban. The last person who did that was on the boarder line of receiving a IP ban from the site. Everyone gets one BAN APPEAL... In the BAN APPEAL section not the profile of the staff members.  Please do not try to twist my words so that they benefit you.

With that you have my reasoning why I will not be unbanning you.

I agree with all the points Ace said.

The point of the ban is that swearing and having that sarcastic attitude is not a good way to go.

You will be closely observed, raging does not mean you can use sort of attitude.
