Feature: The Ability to put The Seal of Rassilon on a Minecraft Banner

Suggested by: Burgmond3 (His Idea) and Arcphoenix (Thought up the details and the SWD Logo idea)

Description: You know how crafting certain items with a banner can give a special pattern? What if the Seal of Rassilon could be put on a banner? Anyway, that's the idea behind this suggestion

How do you suggest for this to be implemented: When crafting a Roundel with a banner, it will put the Seal of Rassilon on the said banner. Of course, using a dye in the crafting will allow for a certain color of seal

Any other information: While I'm posting this, maybe the SWD Logo  could be put on a banner too? Though I'm not sure what the crafting recipe would be...
