Wow, great idea! I've been in this community for four years and this is quite literally the first time anyone has ever suggested that SWD make a Scooby Doo mod! This is well and truly the best mod idea I have ever heard! Your intuition and grandoise ideas are to be heralded.

I myself wouldn't care either way if this was a thing or not.

It needs details though.

Would it be.... Mobs and NPCs? Focused on a certain incarnation of the show?

 A few reasons

• The Dalek Mod is SWD's main project, they announced several projects, and only some of these went public
• The team has only one coder, who is, again, focused on the Dalek mod, trying to fill the request of various needy children
• You asked for a server, which is not cheap, and since SWD already pays for not one but two Dalek Mod servers...I don't know how a Scooby Doo server can become a reality
• Lastly, like Arc said, you just asked for a Scooby Doo mod, you didn't specify what you want in it, nor you went into detail about how this server should work

I myself, if I were to make a Scooby Doo Mod, I'd focus on the monsters. 

I'd pick ones each with interesting abilities and unique designs.

The Mystery Machine would be an easter egg vehicle and Mystery Inc, creative spawned NPCs.

Again, SWD probably won't make this mod, but it's a good start for a suggestion

You could always ask them to make you one with Hire SWD though it will cost you money.
