The Dalek Mod Update 41

What did user do:

Basic loading the game and trying to join DMU.

User Logged into SWD account and tried a few more times

Error Message:

"Failed to connect to server

Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.timeout.ReadTimeoutException"

Forge Versions attempted:

release 1.8-Forge 11.14.3.1502

release 1.8-Forge 11.14.3.1450

Further information:

User will see if there's a newer forge version

Update 2:

User has Downloaded Version release forge-1.8-11.14.4.1577 and will attempt this version

User has attempted said version. It doesn't even reach the title screen. It freezes during loading

Update 3:

User is now trying recommended Version release forge-1.8 - 11.14.4.1563

User has the same error as in update 1

Update 4:

Server connection issues have been resolved

This part of the crash report looks problematic

[Client thread/ERROR] [FML]: Model definition for location thedalekmod:bTEMonitorB#facing=north not found

(copy the above with the item changed. Do this a countless number of lines)

I have done research on this situation of the server not working for you (or me). From what i have read, the only way for this to work is for the server owner to restart the server.

although the part where it shows everyone that was on the server while you were on is probably a bug in itself.

EDIT: Ok, so it is offline. We'll need to wait for the server owner to open it again...

failed to connect to server, try restarting your game, and it wont let me get on how do i get on dalek mod UNIVERSE!

 As you said. Come back in a few minutes. Play around with the DM Title screen and that refreshed the server. Worked for me. 

It keeps yelling "Mod Rejections [FMLMod:thedalekmod{Update:41.1}]

 That means you need to update to the latest version of the Dalek Mod,Update 41.1 to use the DMU Public server.

Mod Rejections [FMLMod:thedalekmod{Update:41.1}] That error means you have different mods compared to the server (So try updating your DM from the SWDTeam store) I really need to make an error FAQ or something.

 It's back off for me, with the same error

I don't know what to do about it, as this thread is a year old.

This is a very, very old thread. But if you are having the same problem, try waiting for some time and rejoining the server. It may just need a restart.
