Dalek Mod Suggestion: Interior Materialization

Username: MusketMusic

Feature Name: Interior Materialization

Lore/Brief Background (Or "As seen in" if not from Doctor Who canon): When the Tardis will materialize around a person or object bringing it into the Tardis interior and being able to materialize inside another interior. But having the ability to disable the ability to materialize inside another tardis interior.

Description of Feature: The Tardis will materialize around a person or object bringing it into the Tardis interior and being able to materialize inside another interior. But having the ability to disable the ability to materialize inside another tardis interior.

What is the purpose of this: It means we can get our friends out of trouble fast by landing the tardis on them and means we can get to our friends if we both have the interior materialization enabled.

How do you suggest we implement it in game: Add a button or switch which enables and disables this.

Maybe a command set?

/tardis-mat Nobody/companions/everyone

Use: who can be picked up by the TARDIS in this method

/tardis-allow-mat (on/off?)

Use: if you can be picked up by it

Yeah but you've forgotten the use for the ability to materialize inside another person's tardis. Also I like my idea of having a physical switch or button.

Maybe everyone could allow TARDIS's. But the reason I didn't mention it is a MAJOR issue with it. I once got stuck in panel flight in the TARDIS. You cannot land in the TARDIS Dimension/Biome.

Well don't go into flight panel mode when you're in another tardis. Problem solved. Also stated in my suggestion is that BOTH PLAYERS must have the option to materialize in another players tardis interior enabled. Meaning if one player does and the other doesn't it's not possible to land in that tardis or for the player's tardis with the option disabled to land in anyone else's. Therefore it's perfectly safe and somewhat foolproof.

It's been suggested before. Quite a few times actually.

Either way

Imo if a Tardis could land in another Tardis, there should be limitations on that Tardis.

Imagine someone using coord travel or flight to hop to other Tardises in the dim. Haha

'Foolproof'!? You'd be surprised. If a player can break something, believe me, they will. As for the suggestion itself, I do like it a lot, although would be pretty hard to implement. Perhaps it could be a feature to tie in with BOTI, whenever that is added. (It won't be for a while, don't get excited) .

Maybe your TARDIS can also land inside itself as well,as seen in the minisodes 'Time' and 'Space'

[accidental post with my alt account] ~ MusketMusic

That could be for when you're in the vortex once it's added and turn off the power to the tardis it creates a paradox meaning the tardis is in the tardis so you will just go out the doors into your interior and enter the exterior to go through the doors of the interior and so forth. The way to fix it would be to press a reset button or just go back into the vortex and turn the power off meaning it cancels the paradox.

Let me know what you think.

This is the correct account for the post.

I believe  this is called a "space loop".

From what I remember from the episode from doctor who this was featured in, the only way to remove it was to like create a controlled temporal implosion or something. Like I said, can't quite remember.

 I LOVE IT!

Both of you (Shadows and 10thDoctor) don't necropost.
If you don't know what that means it means don't comment on a thread that has been inactive for a few months.
