I want to report John Whatson of EoIs because I have out in an application and denied it of two reasons I have not commited he said that I have disreaspected him and forced to see a secret base witch I also have not done

We don't handle Faction issues. Speak to  faction leaders about it.

Also, I'm having a few troubles with understanding the last half. Could you perhaps use better grammar?

for the last half Supposinly he is the Army leader but he is different so he is dening me for 2 thing I did not say or force him to do

ok CoolSam or the guy I am reporting said I have forced him to show me Eois even though I asked him where do I apply for Eois second he says I am disrecpecting his authority eventhough I am not

Well, this is a Faction issue. 

You should just speak with someone in the EoIS about it.

This reporting area is more so for breaking overall server rules and whatnot. Issues like these should be settled in faction.
