I recently went onto the DMU Private server page on this site, and payed some of my money as a donation. I believed (due to speaking to staff on the public server) that donating money towards the Private server and therefore the Dalek Mod, would grant me access to more things such as the DMU Private server and creative mode and use of the TARDIS flight on the public server. I paid my money and now only have a virtual "badge" on the site to show for it. My title still remains default on the public server, and do not have any differences in gameplay on the server, as well as no access to the DMU server as "Mod rejections [FMLMod:thedalekmod{Update 41 Beta}]". I have contacted support and have asked on the public server and it has been recommended I use the forums as a quicker alternative.

To access the Beta Server you need to download the beta version and install that.

I bought Beta today and donated, I got the Donator rank by asking for it, but I can't access /gamemode or anything like that.

Edit: not sure if a mod saw this but i can now use game mode. Cheers if you did!

I'm facing a similar issue as ObsidianRobin_, except I don't know if I've downloaded the right thing. I went to the Beta list and clicked on "Update 41", but it didn't say "Beta" or anything.

Hello, i have just yesterday, donated to you fellas. I got an email crom my banketting me onow it had fone through. Not sure if it actually did though for nothonf chanved foe me at all, donated 20 US dollars. 3 dollars of it is going to Beta Access.

 You need to buy Beta Access seperately, or the money will go towards the server only, not Beta Access. If you specified that to the SWD Team when you donated, maybe they can arrange for that.

It also requires time for server staff/SWD Team members to process your ranking request and payment, so please be patient and I'm sure they are working on it! :)

Alot of people seemed to be confused about the donation between Beta Access and DMU Public/Private donations. I'll be sure to work with ArcPhoenix and include it in our Unofficial Guide to the Dalek Mod.

My thing still says default. and still no Badge, and just today, I purchased the Beta.

 Just hang on there and I'm sure they'll give you your perms!

Umm i got the beta access today and did not get beta rank on da non private server

 1. Please make your own forum thread if you have an issue, this is someone else's.

2. You need to visit your website profile inventory, click on the beta rank and click "change rank".
