Description of the problem:Please may I ask what i griefed exactly? Im not femilurie with me griefing any items because i've been griefed myself)

Why should you be unbanned:I well enjoyed the server and i've only played on it for 2 weeks so i'm technically new and id personnally rate this server the best i've been on and the best anyone has been on (my opinion of course)

You seem to have told us you have both not griefed 'Description of the problem:Please may I ask what I griefed exactly? I'm not femilurie with me griefing any items because I've been griefed myself' and have griefed 'What you were doing prior to the ban:Griefing'. Now, I assume that is a mistake? If not you've just admitted to griefing and how your ban is not unjust.

I don't believe the fact you're new and you like the server is a reason to be unbanned, though.

P.S I wouldn't put everything underlined, it makes it harder to read. (i.e press on the bit you pressed to make your post underlined and then click it again when you're answering the formatted questions.)

i beg your pardon u don't believe me i am new and i put griefed because that was the reason it said on the loading screen,so i may ask i do not mean to cause an argument but please if its possible may u please check and see when i joined the server first and find out if i'm new or not and also what did i grief exactly

1. I never said I didn't believe you were new.
2. When you put what you were doing prior to the ban it means what you were doing directly before you were banned. It is hard for anybody to try and make out you've made an error when it's so blatantly obvious you weren't meant to do that.
3. I cannot check when people have joined. I am not staff.
4. I do not know what you have been accused of griefing.

First off, the underlining is misdone. Please do not underline past the ":", it is an eyesore. 

Secondly you said you griefed in the appeal? Does it matter what you griefed if you're even admitting you did it of your own accord?

Thirdly, just liking the server doesn't get people unbanned.

I believe he made an error in the 'What you were doing prior to the ban' bit, he wrote what the ban screen said.

If I recall correctly, you were banned for griefing someone's house on (I believe it was) Skaro. I blocklogged this and did confirm before.

Liking the server doesn't get you pardoned. 

That's good that you enjoy the server, but does this automatically mean you are free of all punishments?

The other possibility I've been thinking, did you read and agree to the server rules?

If you did not read the rules,

you have no excuse as you will need to abide by the server rules in order to play on DMU.

If you did read the rules,

You still have no excuse as you just broke a rule you agreed to abide by.

The griefing rule also happens to be a common rule across most Minecraft servers.

So, using your logic, does this mean we should pardon you? Perhaps.  

 You'll have a better chance of being pardoned if you come clean now and not do it again. 

Staff are not here to harass you and ban you for no reason, we do it to protect builds that people spend time into building.

There's a reason why rules are there.

Anyways, this case should probably be handled by Ford, and not me. :P
