When it happened (Time and Date): ??

Description of the problem: TonysoulTracker found my base and since his house was above it he decided to modify it and call it his own without mine or the other owner's permission, the walls are re-made and some structures demolished

Witnesses (if any): Me,Nexus

Please try and elaborate on 'It is heavily modified'.

Also try and answer when it happened.
