Unlike some of the regeneration suggestions out there, I've come up with a relatively simple one.

Feature Name: regeneration face change

Lore/Brief Background (Or "As seen in" if not from Doctor Who canon): well... every regeneration the doctor has ever had...

Description of Feature: when you regenerate (for whatever reason, look at the bigger regeneration suggestions) only your face changes, not the whole skin, also more of the doctor's clothings could be added, to add to the regeneration authenticity. (and also maybe different modes, one with the doctor's regeneration cycle (rp) and one with random faces)

What is the purpose of this: realism of regenerations

How do you suggest we implement it in game: maybe similar skins with different faces... probably won't work with player skins...

If you are making a thread on regeneration, I recommend making it as original as you can. As stated, there have been a number of threads on this.

Regeneration has been a thing even before the beta server was open.

Seen from the Sunday Livestreams John used to do.

John said in the livestream that regeneration would be added and the hearts are the regenerations.

This was obviously removed as we don't have it in test builds.

Well, the idea of skin changing has been in pretty much every suggestion for regeneration so far.

Though, the idea of just having the face change (rather than the whole skin) is definitely an original idea
