Look I had replies to my last ban appeal saying things like don't say its your favorite server and things like that I wasn't saying it to hope to get unbanned I was saying it cos its the truth another comment was donating isn't the same as buying beta well I bought beta to donate. look I was messing around and I just said "are you scared I will ban you " as a joke a harmless joke please unban me.

 I was joking cos I like it. if you haven't read my last appeal then I will leave a link. please it is my favorite server and  I really want to be able to join again.

You're last thread was already dealt with, please refrain from posting it again. Also you contradicted yourself when pretending to be Mojang, you said that Beta was against the EULA yet you yourself have beta.

 It's funny how many ban appeals include " it was a joke" as a reason.

From the chat logs you were clearly serious about asking for the Moderator rank.

The logic in your ban appeals is also very contradictory, especially where you mentioned" bet is aganst the EULA"

If you thought about, SWD beta Acess is a SWD product and has nothing to do with Minecraft and therefore the EULA.

If you are trying to say something like that at least make sure you understand it before posting illogical comments like that.

I mean, if you were truly a Mojang employee, I honestly don't believe you are one, considering the acts you did in the past.

This "joke" is not convincing either, it is clearly an excuse.

I personally have monitored you during this time.

Not only do you threaten staff members, beg for the staff rank, you have also obtained a very large amount of  Tardis items  and constantly griefed areas of spawn.

We have been lenient so far in not banning you, but this is over the line. 

Life lesson: Demanding things from others is not ok, it's what you contribute that counts.

If you were able to help others regardless of their rank ( and not being so helpful that other may find it annoying) it will you help later on in life.

Then again, this is just a Minecraft server, I'm just giving advice for your future endeavors.

I seriously think you should consider this.

It may seem like I am ling saying it was a joke but I am not I know I cant prove this but I don't usually lie and when I do its a joke I have a good sense of humor and please give me 3 reasons why I cant join and I mean 3 good reasons anyway If john is back from holiday I would like to speak to him. :)

 I'm sure you can speak to him, but if you give your reason of the threats of being a "joke", will that convince him?

I'm not convinced, as with 3 other staff members.

I'm sure you are not a bad person, it's just these things you do such as demanding a higher rank, you need to think before you say something.

Just a note, if you decide to spam, my, or any other staff member's profile to be unbanned, you may also be banned from using the SWD site.

Some users have spammed our profiles in the past to be unbanned and that is frowned upon, as demanding behaviour does not give someone a good impression.
