I have noticed recently that people are getting muted and rage quitting and getting permanently muted and in need of John, can we have a thread and more enforcement on rules and more attention to muted people before restarts? Maybe having more rule boards and announcements that say "You will be muted for spam and cursing" or something will help because it's pretty annoying when all that can do is /me and /say so if we could do something about this that'd be great :D
