Okay so I donated to DMU about a day ago but it still says default. You can check my profile and I have the badge but STILL it says default! I need an admin to please, please change me to donor. Thanks!

Hi there, there could be a bug in the ranks system.

You can  PM a server staff member when they're online. Just ask nicely and explain the situation well and I'm sure they'll be willing to help! :) Don't worry if they don't reply at first, the server chat can be quite full at times so they may not see it the first time. Wait a few minutes and post again, or even to another moderator.
