Aparently as some players have complained and a admin steped in donators are not suposed to be able to gm1/0/3 but i donated i got my rank on the server and that is the only reason i got the rank for gm i boght beta by axadent not knowing the diffrience then a admin moved me to the rank was going to get but because donator rank is not alowed to have gm i request to get my money back or be able to keep useing gm i have only done good things with it for proof ask players and admins on the server

There's been a bit of debate regarding gamemodes: SWDBAEs and above should be able to use it but it's too overpowered to give it to donators. And a lot of people used creative mode to gift items to other players.

Yes, some players misuse it. For that reason you can take it away.

But some people (like me for example) are really trying to help the server with help building.

For example: if someone asks to spawn a TARDIS i say: http://prntscr.com/9icgie

Another example: i repair the blocks player broke at the TARDIS Parking.

And they also test somethings on the Public server because the Beta server is only 41.0 and the public 41.1. Also for some other reasons.

For the bad guys, sure take gamemode out. But for the people that really use it like it needs to be, let them keep.

Make for example a warning system, after 3 warnings you lose your gamemode.

I see you got beta, which does mean you can access the private server which by default is creative. The donator rank on the public server for a while did have /gm 1 however it was a mistake because the ranks are shared between both the private and public servers. Tumblr is correct in saying that the SWDBae (VIP) rank does have /gm 1. I am sorry to see that you got it at the point when /gm was still in the donator perms and if you like I will allow you to keep /gm, however I agree with what TheDoctor12th has said above that there will be warnings put in place in the event of misuse of the perm.
