Matthew "Matt" Fox

Matt is the video producer of SWD. While flying to the city DMU for the SWD tour, his plane crashed. The survivors were stranded on an island. He soon found his boss John and girlfriend Kim. They created temporary shelter on the island. Unlike John, Matt does plan to leave the island reasonably soon.

He views himself as a strong independent man. Everyone around him disagrees.

John Locke

John is the boss of the company SWD. He does all the work. After crashing on the island, he decided not to make any attempt at leaving, since  he loved having some rest and calmness for once.

In part 18, he sabotages a rescue plan so he can stay on the island.

His favourite block is probably TNT. In the past, he has often used his favourite block on Matt's houses, which has caused Matt to have trust issues whenever he's around John.

There is a joke theory created by Sub that John is actually a girl.

Stephen "Blue" Pace

Stephen, sometimes called 'Blue' due to his colour,  is a adventurous hedgehog fleeing from a hedgehog called "Kumori", a girl who is obsessed with him. He was at college with Shaun and Matt. He was recently employed by SWD due to his singing abilities. 

Shaun Eastwood

A friend of Stephen who crashed near a jungle with him. They always stick together.

Just like Matt & Stephen, he also creates his own Doctor Who fan series. He also works with John sometimes to make models for SWD.

Kim

The Dutch girlfriend of Matt. She was persuaded by Matt to join him on the plane to DMU. Kim, just like Matt, sees herself as the independent man in the relationship. This leads to a lot of arguments between them on the island. At the beginning of season 1 b, she left the base because John & Matt were being dicks to her.

Sub Sketch

Sub is a blue-haired animator. He has recently married Pookie. Many of the characters came to see the wedding. They were going on their honeymoon when the plane crashed.

Pookie Sketch

The (also Dutch) wife of Sub. They are living together in Whoville. She first moved in there two years ago. Here she met Ellie. She became her first friend.

Ellie Sauruz

A mute orphan who was on the plane for unknown reasons. Ellie gives no f**ks, but does have a kind side. She crashed in the jungle along with Sub & Pookie. 
Her father Anton, whom she never met, also crashed at the same location in 2002. Here he sacrificed himself by jumping onto a volcano.

Many ruins/stone pillars have been found all over the island. Matt & John found an abandoned castle, with some kind of dungeon under it which they cleared.

Stephen & Shaun found a huge number of stone pillars, which seemed to be left over from a large structure with rooms. They found an empty chest which was booby-trapped.

In part 21, it is revealed that this castle belonged to King David. The king is currently buried at an underground tomb Stephen found in the burnt jungle.

The Nether

The survivors have encountered several Nether-mobs in the Overworld. The plane Anton was on, crashed due to a blaze. The jungle was also burned down by a blaze. When the survivors made a camp at the plane crash site, they were forced to flee when a ghast attacked them.
Later in season 1, blazes began to appear more and more frequently.

Back in 2002, it was a custom on the island to send people to hell (the Nether) by letting them jump into a volcano.

The Others

In the mid-season finale of the first season, another community was seen on the island in a flashback. They witnessed the crash of the Henrik Airlines plane.

In part 18, they tried to contact the survivors, but John sabotaged their attempts.

SPOILER FOR SEASON 1 FINALE

The Others are the ones sacrificing people in the volcano. When they sacrificed Shaun in the finale, their leader was punched in by the Losties. 

Kumori

The hedgehog Kumori, who is obsessed with Stephen, has been spotted on the island. She is referred to by Shaun & Matt as the 'crazy ghast bitch'. Kumori kills humans and eats them ever since her family was murdered and eaten by human soldiers. She appears to have supernatural powers related to the Nether.

Ellie - Elliesaurus

Although we stage as little as possible in LOST,  and almost everything is improvised, we do of course have to set up some servers from time to time.
