 In some way or other. Beta is considered a higher rank than donator as it says in the shop in DMU only beta+ can use the flight panel and donators caot do that.

 Beta has two things besides beta acces: Beta/Private server and flight panel. Donator has so much more.

Like what? Beta also has commands 

 If you had beta you get to keep your beta access rank privileges with just added 2 or more commands
