Hello! This is the Official Tardis Exterior Suggestion Thread for the future Dalek Mod Updates.

This, of course, goes hand in hand with The Official Tardis Interior suggestion thread, but as not every exterior has it's own interior this thread was deemed necessary.

This can be non-canon, of course. But PLEASE keep it reasonable! Your graph-paper concept exterior that got featured on an artsy blog means as much as my foot 'round these parts.

These are being modeled by myself (Being Ford/Ford_Pines, DMU Admin, modeler for the DM for a bit over a year now) and I have made quite a bit of what I would consider to be the "obvious" ones which are ready available to be seen on my Model Thread, click on this sentence for it!'

Below this are a few small sections which show what has/will be made, what is out of the question for suggesting, and the format!

 What Has Been Made

All Doctor-Used Exteriors (Hartnell-Toyota, including War's)

All Master-Used Exteriors (The Computer Bank, Pillar, Grandfather Clock, etc)

The Rani's Exteriors (The Box, the Pyramid)

 What May be Made

Exterior Variations (Battle Damaged Copper Exterior from The Angels Take Manhattan, as an example)

Rather large exteriors (The entire upper half of Craig's flat, from The Lodger)

 What is Not Allowed to be Suggested

Baseline ideas ("MAKE THE 1ST DOCOTOR'S EXTERIOR!" is a good example)

Your SUPER DEE DUPER COOL XD MY LITTLE PONY TARDIS WITH DR WHOOVES

Random inanimate objects that you had the idea of being a Tardis one time

 You'll notice that quite a bit of the "rules" for suggesting revolve around Common Sense, please use it! I love a good suggestion but it's quite annoying when a person suggests something that makes no sense. With this being said, however! Don't be afraid to suggest something if you feel that it is QUITE HONESTLY a good suggestion that will be a good addition to the mod.

What sets this apart from the rest:

 Exterior Suggestion: Door Exterior

Why I want this added: To camoflage a TARDIS as a Minecraft door

How should this work: it looks like a Minecraft door (Oak possibly), which appears on the block the TARDIS is centered on. 

What sets this apart from the rest: It's a 1x2 TARDIS exterior, which can camoflage into a house setting.

 I fully support this. It would make builds from things such as video games that are typically bigger once you step into them much easier to pull off.

Tardis Exterior: Dalek Time Machine

Why Do I want this added: It looks unique?

How Should this work: One of the panels opens inwards like a door

What sets this apart from the rest: Few non-Timelord time machines resembling the Tardis have appeared in the show. Also, seeing as this is the Dalek Mod, it would make sense to see their Time machine in the mod

Exterior Suggestion:     Jade Pagoda Tardis

Why I want this added:   The Pagoda exterior model was in the  dalek mod back in (1.7  i believe )   but  chameleon circuits weren't a thing yet,  and you could not spawn or place it,   Since it never got any use in the mod,  it'd be nice to give it a chance

How should this work: As Dalek mod Tardises usually open one door to enter instead of both doors,   the  panel on the left with the rounded line across it would act as the door,  Otherwise it would act as a normal Tardis 

What sets this apart from the rest:   the pagoda exterior's bright green-ish color and odd shape makes a nice contrast from the rest of the Exteriors from the mod,  as it looks very old-timey  and foreign,  its  also set apart from other tardis exteriors because its not something you'd usually see in London,  It might look nice in a jungle biome setting.

Does the format have to be exact? I figured mentioning the episodes you could find the exterior in might save some trouble searching for info

Tardis Exterior: Omega's Tardis

Why Do I want it added: It would fit well in a Stone Environment. It is also a Tardis of a significant Time Lord

How Should this work: The "Entrance" slides open.

What Sets this apart from the rest: It is Omega's Tardis

Exterior Suggestion: Laurel Bush Tardis (Logopolis)

Why do I want this added: It would fit in well in an indoor or garden setting

How should this work: When interacted with, there will be a rustling sound indicating that the Tardis has changed states. The entrance has a perception filter, so walking into it will work as if there was an open door. When BOTI is implemented, an unseen "door" can swing inwards, revealing the inside or the Tardis

What sets this apart from the rest: Well, this is one of the Master's Tardises. A really lesser known one, but definitely a different one.

This is a suggestion thread for Exteriors, not full new TARDISes. Besides if its canon, it will likely be added (Except the Junk TARDIS, which isn't a Actual proper full TARDIS).

I was talking about the exteriors, besides I have a list of sources to put on the interior thread.
