have you tried leaving  and  re-entering the server/world?

also,  the tardis screens dont update immediatly,  usually you have to reload the chunk they are on or break and replace them

 and when i was flying it was the 2010 extereor

btw its in the private server

 Its not a bug it changes it how it looks like

but it's id still remains a 2010 Tardis

I assume you are referring to the Tardis Wall Display.

That block takes time to update, it's not really a bug.

Once you take your tardis to a few planets, the data should update to show the correct exterior.
